For more than 18 years, Kathy’s Sugar and Spice Catering has been known for delivering Southern comfort food with unmatched hospitality. Behind the scenes of every sizzling skillet, perfectly seasoned brisket, and beautifully executed event is a team led by mother-and-son duo Kathy and Thomas Dennis.

Thomas has been full-time in the business for over 7 years, managing both the kitchen and event execution. What began as helping his mom with weekend events has become a passion-driven calling rooted in community, relationships, and service.

With his infectious energy, down-to-earth presence, and get-it-done mindset, Thomas is often the first one on-site and the last to leave. Whether he's prepping pans of white chocolate bread pudding or loading serving trays with care, his work is marked by intention, excellence, and joy.
